UK Deliveroo tax calculator 2026/27
See how rider income, mileage and expenses translate into profit and estimated tax.
How the Deliveroo estimate works
This rider estimate converts Deliveroo and other entered delivery payouts into sole-trader profit after the selected expense route. Vehicle mileage and the same running costs must not be claimed twice.

Questions about Deliveroo
Should platform fees be entered as a cost?
If takings are entered gross before the platform deduction, an allowable service fee is normally entered as a cost. Do not deduct it twice if the income figure is already net.
Can mileage and actual vehicle costs both be claimed?
Not for the same vehicle and period under simplified expenses. The mileage rate is intended to cover vehicle running costs, although certain non-vehicle business costs may still be separate.
